September Already???

Wow, I cannot believe it is already September, where the heck has this year gone? This time LAST year, we were clearing our land, getting ready to begin the builiding process...And here it is a year later and we are all moved in and LOVING our new home! We have the inside all set up, minus the basement, which is still a bit of a wreck! However, I have cleared it out a little over the past few weeks, I have been selling a lot of baby clothes and gear at consignment sales. Gabriel even agreed to let me sell some of the toys he doesn't play with anymore! He did not do this willingly at first, but when I explained to him that if he doesn't get rid of some of the old toys he will not be able to get any new ones, he was all on board! Our yard has been seeded and the grass is starting to pop up, so glad to be getting rid of all the DIRT and MUD!  Cedric is getting into the swing of things at his job and is now done with daytime orientation and is working exclusively at night. The kiddos are going to PK at a local church 3 days per week and they are both are LOVING it! My job is plugging along as usual, still just glad that I have a job! We started a monthly "girls night" and held the first one at our house last Saturday. Basically we have snacks, drinks, gossip, and work on a Pinter@st craft if desired...we did a LOT more talking than crafting of course! But i did finish my jewelry catch-all and I have almost finished my wreath! It took a LOT more time and glue sticks to glue all the rope to my outdoor wreath, I hope to finish it up this weekend and will post a pic of the finished product. Here is the jewelry catch-all, I love it!  I am looking forward to these nights every month, it does me so good just to have a little "me" time!
