Here are a few pics of the Seasons Reunion! I will try to do a slide show with more later, we had so much fun just hanging out and talking! There is always a LOT of catching up to do when you only get together 1 time per year! We have been out of college for 10 years now (all of us except for Laura graduated in 2000, she graduated in 2001). Of course seeing each other all together 1 time per year is not enough ( i would love to see these girls once a week!), but I don't think a year has gone by where we have not gotten together at least one time per year...(ok except for last year when Cyn couldn't make it from Texas)...So I think we are doing prety good..We will always have July to look forward to, when winter, spring, summer and fall are ALL together again and all is right with the world. I love you girls!

Just Checkin' In

We are back from our vacation to Myrtle Beach and Raleigh...we had a WONDERFUL time but I am exhausted! We left the beach on Friday and headed straight to Laura's house in Raleigh for our annual Four Seasons Reunion Weekend. What a great time we had all visiting for the first time as a group with our little ones!!! And next year we will have two more little girls to add to the mix, how exciting!!!! Speaking of girls, mom and I have been having a blast shopping for little girl clothes..we hit the outlets at the beach and got some really cute summer things for next year CHEAP! We got back late Sunday night and then I was up early for a trip to the mountains for work on Monday...Busy week and I am just trying to make it to Friday. Pics and more from our vacation soon to come....

Ultrasound Pics!

Here are a few of the pics from yesterday! I love this first one, which is the profile shot. Her little lips and nose just look adorable!!!! Then of course you have the most important shot, where it seems clear that she is a little girl...And of course I love baby feet!

We had the ultrasound this morning and "It's A Girl"!!!!! We are super excited and now we just have to agree upon a name!!!!

4th of July Faves

Fun Fourth Weekend!

We had such a fun holiday weekend! We started celebrating on Saturday with a big cook-out at Grandma Dot's down on the lake. Let me tell you, Gabriel just had the time of his life! Grandma Dot is his "best friend", and getting to spend the entire day at her house just thrilled him. He loved going for two rides on "Scott's boat" and even got to take a boat ride with Grandma Dot. He swam in the lake with Parker, Peyton, Kathy, and Maggie. He wrestled Peyton in the basement and ate nothing but junk food all day long (his favorite was the monkey cupcakes made by Aunt Carol)! We stayed to watch the fireworks and there was a big improvement this year. Gabriel does not like loud noises at all. He was very scared of the fireworks last year, but this year he watched them from the windows of the basement so they were not too loud. He has even been asking to watch more fireworks!

Sunday, we slept in to recover from Saturday...Then we headed over to the pool at mom and dad's. We swam and played all day with mom, dad, Zach, Nicole, and Jackson. Then we had grilled hotdogs and corn on the cob (yum). I was really wanting a hotdog on Saturday but did not have room for it after the hamburger for lunch and the delicious barbecue that Uncle Mike made for dinner....so I was glad to finally get my grilled hot dog! Saturday night, I headed to the movies with MeMe to see Eclipse, it was soooo good and Jacob is just soooo hot! I think Edward is hot too but man, I am on "Team Jacob" for sure! Uncle Mitchell and Aunt Rita spoiled us by paying our way and for our snacks (is there anything better than movie popcorn??), they are too good to us! MeMe and I both agree that we are both very lucky to have the parents that we have :)

Yesterday afternoon, we headed down to Charlotte to hang out with the Brown family! Chip and Melissa have twin boys that are just several months younger than Gabriel...They have just moved to Charlotte from Columbia, SC and we are so glad to have them closer to us! Gabriel had a blast playing with Gregory and Noah and we had fun hanging with Chip and Melissa...We will have to get together again soon!

Now, back to work :( If I can make it through this week and next, vacation is the next week, Myrtle Beach here we come!!!!
