Ok, I got this recipe from mom (she created it herself-go MOM!) and it is SO GOOD and EASY that I just have to share, I know some of you watch what you eat and are always looking for new ideas to try like me!
2 slices low-cal bread (1 WW point)
1/4 cup egg substitute (1 WW point)
cinnamon (0 WW points)
1 serving sugar free pancake syrup (1 WW point)
Pour egg substitute and cinnamon in small bowl and mix. Dip bread on both sides in egg mixture, then cook in a frying pan sprayed with nonstick spray until done. Serve with syrup!
I tried this for the first time today and it is delish and very easy. Plus it is very low in calories and points, but very satisfying. Give it a try!
