Christmas Eve Recap

Wow time is just flying by faster and faster! Elizabeth turned 1 month yesterday and I just cannot believe it! I realized that I haven't even blogged about Christmas and I am finally getting pics uploaded and edited to the computer. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday spent with family. We headed to Kings Mountain for Christmas Eve day and had a great time celebrating with the Moore family. Elizabeth got to meet everyone and of course Gabriel had a blast playing with M'Kenzie and Mekhi! Next, we headed to Aunt Janie's around dinner time to open presents with her, Nonnie, Dwight and Trevor. Gaby got a new train playset and he and Dwight had a fun time playing with it! I think Dwight enjoys playing trains as much as Gabriel does! After that, we went to mom and dad's for our family tradition of dad reading "The Night Before Christmas" and the Christmas story out of the Bible. Dad has read this every year my entire life and it is a tradition that I treasure. After that we headed home to get ready for a visit from Santa. We left out the milk and cookies we had baked for him and finally got Gabriel and Elizabeth in the bed! Here are a few pics from Christmas Eve:
