* First off, a BIG thank you to everyone for all of your love, support, flowers, cards and FOOD over the last week! We feel very loved! Also thank you to our friends and family who made the trip down to Kings Mountain for the service on Monday, it really meant a lot to Cedric and me to have you guys there.
* We have really enjoyed getting to spend some extended time with Cedric's family over the last week. He had relatives in from Maryland and Georgia and it was really good to get to see them for more than just a day. I think I have almost everyone's name remembered now!!! His family is even bigger than mine, which is hard to believe!
* We began a healthy way of eating on Wednesday. We are not going to call it a diet because it needs to be permanent. We know what we need to do because we have done it before. We really just fell off the wagon towards the end of my pregnancy, and with all the chaos going on around here lately, it has been hard to get back! Cedric and I are both the heaviest that we have ever been and something needs to change! I saw on TV this couple who had a kid and they said they wanted to lose weight before their child realized they were fat! That is my goal too :)
* If anyone has pictures from my birthday party, please email them to me. I forgot to put the battery back in my camera that night, so I have no pics from it :(
* We are looking forward to our trip to Raleigh next weekend. We can't wait to see Laura and Travis' house which is in progress and also to celebrate with Cynthia. It is a "going-away" party because she is moving to Texas :( But we will celebrate anyways I suppose. It is also going to be our first night away from Baby G. No worries though, he is staying with his Grammy and Papaw and will probably not even realize we are gone!
* Gabriel has his 2nd round of shots on Tuesday. He did great with the first round, so I hope this one goes just as smoothly.
* Gabriel has found his hands and feet, and even got his feet into his mouth the other morning, which was probably the cutest thing I have ever seen.
