What I am Sipping on These Days


If you are trying to drink more water like I am, you need to try Mi@.  There is a W@l-Mart brand which is a dollar cheaper, but they do not have the peach tea flavor yet.  I am addicted to this stuff.  You put a little squirt in your water and BOOM, you have peach tea with 0 calories.  I like this stuff better than the powdered individual packets, I always spill those or they don't dissolve right.  You can keep one these in your car or purse for a treat anytime.  I try to drink 1 liter of plain water too per day because I really can't find a definitive answer if this stuff makes the water not as good for you.  It is sweetened with sucralose I believe which I think is the best artificial sweetener.  There are TONS of other flavors too if you don't like peach tea!

Cynthia sent me a pic last week of the Ultra Cider and I have been on a mission to find it over the past week.  I found it at good ole Wally World on Monday and tried one last night.  It is good.  Not blow your mind good, but good. And only 120 calories which is way less than most ciders and it is not as filling.  It has a pear taste to it. Pretty good though, I am sure it will not be the last 6 pack I buy of it this summer!  Has anyone tried the B@d Light Margarita beer yet?  I am always a sucker to try the new things and usually don't like them.  But I will probably end up trying this one too :)

I have tried the bud light margarita. It comes in a small can, and it is good.
My recommendation:
buy those, and mix with club soda or sparkling water--they are VERY SWEET and strong tasting...so if you mixed it with the water--
1. they would last longer and
2. they would be more refreshing and not so sweet, and
3. they are way fewer points for the same volume of liquid. :)
