I had a wonderful Mother's Day, my first Mother's Day as a mom of TWO kiddos! I still haven't gotten completely used to saying "I'm going to pick up the KIDS" or "my kids are at school", etc. But I sure am loving being a mom of two, it is fun on a whole new level! My day began with Cedric waking me up for breakfast. He suprised me with a bagel and coffee from my favorite place and we got to enjoy eating together quietly before the kids woke up! He also had beautful lilies for me (one of my faves). Then the kiddos got up and I got to open their presents. Both of them made me something at school. Elizabeth (aka Mrs. Goings) made me a flower vase with flowers out of paper and a cute card with her handprints on it. Gabriel made me a refrigerator magnet with a picture of him and it says "World's Greatest Mommy". SO cute! He also went with Cedric and picked me out a blue travel mug. So funny because the day before he told me I was getting a mug. Then my mom said "well at least you don't know what it looks like" and Gabriel said "its blue"...Such a funny boy and CANNOT keep a secret! I also got an awesome photo collage frame with pics of me and the kids. And the best, a silver heart shaped locket with Gaby and Izzie's picture in it. Just love it. Ceddy did GOOD at picking this out, it is just what I have been wanting! We went to church and then grilled out with my mom, dad, and Zach. Then Jackson and Nicole came over after having lunch with her mom and grandma. I spent part of the afternoon lounging in the hammock, it is so comfy and fun to just hang out in.
