Hope everyone has a happy and safe Halloween! I wanted to let everyone know that Cedric's eye surgery went very smoothly today and he has a new cornea! We are back at home, and Cedric is resting on the sofa. He goes back tomorrow morning to have his patch removed...don't worry, I will be sure to get a picture of him tonight! He will be out of comission for the next week...no lifting or even bending over, I will have to tie his shoes for him, should be fun, considering I can hardly bend over...We are both just glad that it is over and excited to see how his vision is going to be! We are planning on a very quiet Halloween evening...maybe watch a scary movie and hand out candy to a few trick or treaters.

Happy Halloween to you! Glad Cedric's doctor visit went well. Heal up!!! I am so looking forward to all of the candy students bring to school tomorrow....not really.

Can't wait to see you guys over Christmas. Looks like the big man, Gabriel Ryan, might decide to spring out of Mama's stomach around the time I'm home. That would be great!
Look forward to seeing you both then. You guys have done a great job decorating Grandpa and Grandma's home place. I really enjoyed the pics.
And I thought I would officially post my "coming out of the closet" for the first time ever. Most folks back home will be very surprised. It was difficult for me at first too. But, here goes... I enrolled in the Graduate Certificate Program at Chapel Hill in August. Yes, I am a proud UNC Tarheel; even bought the watch.
